Your Key Responsibilities
Project management activities into coordinating central, divisional and regional data mangers
Governance and coordination of:
- Managing the Production domain operating model (Div., Regions, IT)
- Definition of domain strategy incl. regular tracking
- Address and formalize data requirements (from divisions and regions)
- Complaint management
- Artificial intelligence and Data Product use case management
- Data lifecycle management
- Coordination of data quality activities as well as development & monitoring of specific KPI
Operative processing of:
- Access management for incoming data requests
- Evaluation of reporting requests and alignment with requester and provider
- Operative networking
- Raising awareness about data importance
- Data literacy (creation of required training documentation)
- Performing trainings to stakeholders and corresponding network
- Support for data managers
- Operative data maintenance (Data catalogue)
Your Qualifications
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related fields.
- Experience in project management
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes (Ind. Eng., Maintenance, Manuf. Technologies, etc.)
- Technical affinity (usage of new software, data handling, data catalogues)
- Detail-oriented with high analytical skills.
- Experience ensuring data governance and managing data & data quality
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data solutions.
- Experience developing and delivering user training and support materials.
Language Skills:
- Fluent English – mandatory
- German – optional (open to learn)
