Your Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting & Data Analysis

    • Monitor and analyze Production Performance KPIs to support operational excellence;
    • Track daily production output to ensure targets are met;
    • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards for various stakeholders;
    • Conduct Lost Sales Analysis to identify gaps and improvement opportunities;
    • Prepare and support data presentation for Monthly Segment Reviews;
    • Integrate AI technologies into daily business use cases to optimize workflows and reporting accuracy.

    Cost Benchmarking & ACVA (Advanced Cluster Validation & Analysis)

    • Perform continuous validation and refinement of inhouse data clusters to guarantee data integrity and analytical accuracy;
    • Cost benchmarking between multiple plants (target costing);
    • Analysis of cost discrepancies and correction of costing errors.

    Data Management & Operational Support

    • Manage and coordinate SOCO Relocation function to ensure seamless operational transitions;
    • Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes by providing accurate data inputs and insights;
    • Assist in Order Switches by preparing the necessary data;
    • Ensure high-quality master data management within production environments for reliable analytics.

Your Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Power BI 
  • Solid understanding of production KPIs and supply chain processes
  • Knowledge of AI applications in data analysis and reporting is an advantage
  • Experience with advanced data validation techniques (e.g., clustering)
  • Familiarity with IBP planning and operational support processes
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in international cross-functional teams.
