Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage regional business requirements for end-to-end Service-to-Customer business processes under the leadership of process owners, in the context of the global SAP S/4HANA system.
- Drive adaptation of end-to-end Service-to-Customer business processes towards FIT4 goals of harmonization and standardization, and closely collaborates with business experts on preparatory work (e.g., data cleansing).
- Provide guidance & steer hub business experts (e.g., requirements analysis, business process modelling).
- Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA and PTC-Thingworx systems.
- Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned projects in a region (mainly within a segment and, if necessary, also across SBUs/ segments).
- Contribute to the creation of training materials and, if required, provide support for the end user.
- Find and set the required system settings to maintain the related customizing for SAP S/4HANA and PTC-Thingworx.
Your Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering or Informatics
- Knowledge of English language - advanced level required
- Availability for business trips
- Trainer and/or Key-User skills
- Knowledge of PDM (product data management)
- Knowledge of engineering processes
- Knowledge of SAP, PTC-Windchill, PTC-Thingworx, general IT knowledge (database interfaces) - is considered an advantage
- Knowledge of Schaeffler internal processes - is considered an advantage
- Knowledge of German language - is considered an advantage
