Project Manager (IT Employee Experience)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Globalization and Standardization: Independently lead projects for the globalization and standardization of IT processes and tools for employees. Develop and implement globally unified IT standards and guidelines. 
• Rollout Management for IMAC Projects: Manage the global rollout of IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) requests. Ensure smooth implementation of hardware and software request catalogs and forms worldwide. 
• Transition from Legacy System to Current Service Management Tool: Plan and execute the transition from the legacy system to the current service management tool. Ensure a seamless migration without interrupting service processes. 
• Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize IT processes to improve eƯiciency and eƯectiveness within the company. 
• Employee Experience Focus: Continuously enhance the IT employee experience. Ensure that all IT processes and systems meet and exceed the needs and expectations of employees. 
• Training and Change Management: Develop and conduct training programs for employees. Support change management to ensure high acceptance and smooth transition phases. 
• Tool Introduction and IT Enablement: Responsible for the introduction of new tools and technologies to improve employees' IT capabilities. Ensure smooth integration into the existing IT infrastructure. 
• Communication and Documentation: Develop communication strategies and create documentation to support the migration and ongoing operation of the new service management tool. 

Your Qualifications

• Professional Experience: Several years of experience in managing IT projects and rolling out IT solutions on a global level. Proven success in implementing hardware and software requirements as well as IT employee experience projects. 
• IT Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of IT processes, systems, and applications. Experience in implementing and managing IT infrastructures. 
• Process Management: Proven experience in process optimization and the introduction of new IT tools and technologies on a global level. 
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate complex technical information clearly. Strong presentation and moderation skills. 
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex processes and identify optimization potentials. 
• Customer Orientation: Strong focus on the needs and satisfaction of internal customers. Experience in improving the IT employee experience. 
• Teamwork: Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams and develop solutions collaboratively. 
• Education: Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification. 
• Language :  Good knowledge of English/German
