Your Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement and manage network platform services and ensure high availability and scalability.
- Design, develop, and implement custom applications using low-code platforms.
- Collaborate with network engineers and other stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Define and document standards, protocols, and configurations to ensure consistency across all platform services.
Your Qualifications
- Fundamental understanding of network technologies
- At least 2 years of experience in enterprise environments, dealing with large-scale deployments or complex integrations.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules in ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in developing applications using low-code platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Mendix, Microsoft Power Apps).
- Strong understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Perl).
- Familiarity with Ansible or any other automation tool.
- Experience with public cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and hybrid cloud environments.
- Ability to work independently and in a global distributed team.
- Language skills: speaking and writing in English/ speaking and writing in German is a plus
