Your Key Responsibilities

• Technical lead for the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions

• Consultation of business stakeholders and the ServiceNow product owner about business requirements and possible solutions

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to drive ServiceNow development globally

• Provide technical and implementation guidelines for internal and external development teams

• Develop documentation guidelines

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to ServiceNow

• Own Roles and Rights concept together with MID Server infrastructure

• Troubleshoot issues and provide support

Your Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will also be considered.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a ServiceNow architect or similar role.

• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM / Pro), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT operations management (ITOM) processes.

• ServiceNow Certifications are desirable (CAD and CIS)

• Experience working in Scrum development environments

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional agile teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders.

• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose innovative solutions using ServiceNow.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable business language.
