Your Key Responsibilities

Project management:

  • Executing projects and assuming responsibility.
  • Acquire the necessary basic competence for Schaeffler project management.
  • Manage the project breakdown structure.
  • Structure and plan the project in a logical manner (subprojects and work packages) as well as organizes resources, plans costs and time.
  • Execute project timelines, check achievement, track milestone dates for each project.
  • Monitor, report, set up recurring and regular core team meetings.
  • Finalize project targets together with the Project Sponsor.

Samples management:

  • Ensure samples (IOP) in the system according to project maturity.
  • Coordinate, facilitate, track all samples until shipping to the internal and external customer according to customer request. Report the status to plant team and Samples team. Escalate and issues in right time.
  • Follow-up customer release together with responsible team.
  • Seek for new opportunities out of the existing tools with less efforts to generate new orders/types.
  • Align with segment managers on sample production schedule.

Your Qualifications

  • Technical background (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related major).
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Social and intercultural competence and teamwork and working in networks.
  • Preferred 3+ years of professional experience in project management.
  • Preferably certified according to general project management standards (PMI, IPMA, GPF).
  • Self-motivated with goal-oriented focus.
  • Knowledge of common project management, finance tools.
  • Good facilitating and presentation skills.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle is a plus.
