Your Key Responsibilities
- Monitor shopfloor activities related to projects, equipment implementation, and technical action items.
- Prepare and maintain investment, budget, and cost tracking reports.
- Coordinate with PMO, production, engineering, controlling, and other stakeholders to ensure clear and timely information flow.
- Collect, consolidate, and update project, financial, and technical data.
- Prepare dashboards, presentations, meeting minutes, and status reports for PMO reviews.
- Track milestones, open actions, and implementation progress, and follow up with stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reporting files in assigned systems and tools.
Your Qualifications
- Student or fresh graduate in Industrial Engineering or a related field available to work full-time for six months.
- Strong interest in manufacturing environments, shopfloor processes, project coordination, and financial tracking.
- Have good knowledge of probability statistics
- Decent English skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and PowerPoint or Excel VBA is an advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of technical drawings, production processes, or equipment-related topics is a plus.
- Willing to learn and grow in a dynamic plant environment.
