Your Key Responsibilities
- Support to check, follow up the project/sample check list, launch process data to compliance with project management and Audit required.
- Support the digital files/tools for project management: Scan documents, upload in the system, create tool/coding in excel, Power bi, VB to monitor project QCD.
- Arrange booking, follow up schedule, travel, cost booking related to PMO function, projects task.
- Hand-on and support sample/machine testing activities.
Your Qualifications
- Agility, proactive.
- Careful, hard working, love working with people.
- Knowledge mechanical and mechatronic.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Power Bi, VB coding.
- Strong English writing and reading skills.
- Interpersonal & communication skills.
