Your Key Responsibilities
• Implementation of Integrated Planning into planning process
• Detailed scheduling on BOM levels
• Detailed scheduling for Monthly, Weekly, Daily follow capacity
• Production routing and BOM controlling.
• Converting to production order after check status of component
• Manage the demand vs production plan and keep the Procurement updated for changes
• Follow up of production order confirmation status
• Support of the production department and exporting in planning issues
• Contact person for management and co-wokers for production order.
• Analysis of shop floor data to guarantee a better Material demand Forecast to minimize the inventory and generate a realistic budget
• The main co-ordinator of the material flow from QA incoming to production
• Cooperating with procurement to eliminate MRP exception notice in system.
• Balancing capacity of assigned lines.
• Analyse the rootcause of issues affected to production planning then release structured corrective and preventive actions.
• Controlling stocks of components, Semi-Finished Foods, Finished Goods.
• Responsible for credit of assigned lines and plant in general
• Responsible for Delivery Reliability, Backlog, Planning Accuracy
• Support Relocation Project / New Product Project which is assigned for SVC followed arrangement of Master Planning Manager
• Take part in activities of Process Excellent of Master Planning Department
In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his supervisor that are essentially related to his duties.
Your Qualifications
• Holder of an Engineering or Business Administration bachelor’s degree
• Experience in Supply Chain Management
• 5~7 years experience in production planning
• Knowledge about manufacturing
• Adequate operational background
• Good communication in English
• Dealing with complexity
• Experience in Project Management
