Plant Logistics Engineer

Your Key Responsibilities

• Leading cost reduction and improvement projects for plant logistics process, co-ordinate & manage software development team/digital team to apply digital into plant logistics process for productivity improvement.
• Set-up and tracking of digital KPIs on function levels.   
• Sub Project leader for regional plant logistics projects and relocation projects. Collaborate in packag-ing projects with regional and head quarter teams, Collaboration with other plant logistics engineer in the region, 
• Acquisition and verification of customer requirements for packaging, designation, container man-agement (logistics) and, if necessary, forwarding to respective departments for further inspections, 
• Coordinate packaging for and with customers, suppliers, internal and inter-plant 
• Internal coordination with Production/ Assembly, Production Logistics, Container Management, Pur-chasing Department /Sales, SLE, Logistics Planner, Transportation Planner, Schedulers, Packaging De-velopment regarding all packaging issues
• Generation and administration of SAP master data for all packaging issues (packaging regulations, as-sessments, RFMM material master (ERZE, LEIH, VERP), info records of customer material as well as administration of the customer portal  
• In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his supervi-sor that are essential-ly related to his duties. 

Your Qualifications

• At least 02 year of SAP knowledge.
• Very good understanding of Plant Logistics processes  
• Flexibility and the ability to deal with ambiguous or tense situations 
• Experience in leading cost reduction and improvement projects  
• Experience in working in working with Excel, powerBI and Visual basic 
• Ability to work both independent and within a team 
• Ability to fulfil time-critical tasks on time, keep to schedules and deadlines 
• Good command in English and computer skills. 
• Good communication and analytical skills
