Your Key Responsibilities
- Partners with business, function or operations accountable management to consult and guide decision-making on HR topics and to support with HR operation services end-to-end, on a regional, country or local site level.
- Implement and apply HR policies and guidelines in assigned organization.
- Plan, ensure and / or execute HR-related operations in cooperation with the Shared Service Center (SSC).
- Provide advice on all organization and HR-related matters.
- Facilitate in critical cases, personnel issues or with local members of works council.
- Liaise with accountable management to manage change processes.
Your Qualifications

- 5 to 10 years
