Your Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of facilities. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues within the facility.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Your Qualifications

  • Vocationally trained in Technical
  • 3 to 5 years
