Your Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsible for optimizing the machines and support repair breakdown machines
  • Responsible for monitoring, planning inspection, maintenance, processing support and ensuring the funace heat treatment system operates optimally
  • Responsible for machine transfers and commissioning
  • Technical mentoring and support of supplier of machine or Technology department as well as Maintenance
  • Responsible for creating work instructions, standardizing methods, and reporting major incidents in the plant
  • Carrying out repairs, maintenance, and inspections due to malfunctions
  • Repair of mechanical controls (pneumatic/hydraulic) on production machines and systems
  • Elimination of the cause of the malfunction with subsequent commissioning of the machine/system
  • Use of diagnostic systems to determine the cause of malfunctions.
  • Planning and assisting in major repairs, conversions, and new productions
  • Systemic documentation of the damage report by default key
  • Support of the specialist manager in the management of the group Skilled Workers, Maintenance – Mechanical
  • Organization and personnel deployment, capacity determination, material and spare parts management
  • Professional support, instruction and control of the group of skilled workers, maintenance - mechanical
  • Implementation and coordination of planned maintenance, repairs to equipment - machines and systems
  • Compliance with occupational safety, health and environmental protection

Your Qualifications

  • Level: University – Major in Mechatronics/ Automation Engineering.
  • Must have a minimum 3 - year experiences in Maintenance, TPM
  • Experience in PLC, CNC Fanuc, Siemens programme
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Proficient understanding of software development and computer programming
  • Advance in English
  • Proficient in read & understand technical document
