Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations in metal manufacturing operations while minimizing risks and improving workplace conditions;
- Oversee occupational safety, health, and environmental risks
- Assess environmental impact, manage waste disposal, hazardous chemicals, emissions, and wastewater treatment compliance;
- Conduct training programs on occupational safety, emergency response, and environmental protection for employees;
- Investigate workplace accidents, environmental incidents, and propose preventive measures;
- Develop and implement EHS improvement plans, introduce risk mitigation initiatives, and enhance overall safety performance;
- Manage wastes treatment (transportation, monitor quantity, delivery minute, upload data in to system)
- Support EHS training programs (prepared material, record, certificate)
- EHS periodic report following Vietnɑmese regulations
- Organize and monitor periodic measurement (environment, working condition, noise)
- Support event / project
- Contractor: Training safety for contractor, Monitor make sure all activities meet requirement, review do risk assessment and issues permit to work
- In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by supervisor that are essentially related to duties.
Your Qualifications
- Experience: 1 - 3 years in a similar role in a multinational or manufacturing environment.
- Education: Degree in Labor/Occupational Safety or a technical/engineering discipline.
- EHS certifications preferred.
- English: IELTS 5.0+ / TOEIC 650+ or equivalent.
- Knowledge of risk assessment and incident management.
- Hands-on confidence in managing EHS affairs.
