Your Key Responsibilities
• Writing and editing news articles for the internal website, newsletters, emails, and social media channels
• Translating (English - Vietnamese) communication materials: press releases, newsletters, blog posts, etc.
• Helping create content, including videos, photos, graphics, and presentations for use internally
• Assisting with Corporate Social Responsibility activities
• Supporting in events coordination such as exhibitions, tradeshows, town halls, plant tours, etc.
• Managing documents for communication projects/programs
• Other administrative tasks required by the line manager
Your Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
- Interested in a career in Communications & Marketing
- Interested in storytelling, translation, and video production
- Language skills: highly proficient in written and spoken English
- Available for full-time (in-office) internship
- Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
- Computer skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiar with creative content production, including photo and video editing software, is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills; collaborative and comfortable working with a variety of people
- Ability to handle multiple projects, time and deadline management
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable working with a variety of people
- Willing to learn and improve
Our Offering
- Working Time: Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 4:30 pm)
- Monthly Allowance: 6.000.000 VND/ month.
- Lunch at factory
- Location: Lot 516, Street 13, Long Binh Industrial Zone (Amata), Long Binh Ward,
