Your Key Responsibilities
Part-time job for a Bachelor’s (HBO) student in the HR department within an international organization
Do you have some spare time alongside your studies and would you like to spend it in a useful and enjoyable way? We are currently looking for a Bachelor’s (HBO) student to join and support our Benelux HR team. Preferably, you are studying HR, but this is not a requirement. More importantly, you are able to handle confidential information, have an affinity with administrative work, and are fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Support with HR administrative tasks
- Handle data and documents accurately
- Deal with confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
- Communicate with members of the HR team
- Provide general administrative support
Your Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s (HBO) degree is a plus - (HR-related studies are an advantage, but not required)
- Strong administrative skills
- Reliability and discretion
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Flexible and proactive attitude
- Good communication skills
