Your Key Responsibilities
- Be the point of contact for managers and employees in all HR-related matters
- Run the HR processes for your area of responsibility
- Offer specialized knowledge and advice on HR topics
- Minimize legal and compliance risks
- Anticipate conflicts between different parties and mediate when necessary
- Performing various administrative tasks
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or comparable qualification
- Previous HR work experience in the industrial sector
- Feeling confident in a corporate and local working environment
- Sound knowledge of labor law
- Experience in working with HRIS (SAP and SuccessFactors is an advantage)
- Fluent Dutch and English skills (in word and writing)
- Good communication skills, structured working methods and hands on mentality
- Availability to work part-time (20 hours per week) for a fixed term of 1 year
