Your Key Responsibilities
- Support sales staff and customers with engineering expertise regarding products.
- Provide guidance on installation and applications as assigned.
- Provide sales support with engineering expertise regarding products and applications.
- Perform conceptual work for specific customer requirements, and support customers in this respect.
- Assess and interpret technical data, document and communicate findings.
- Initiate measures to develop or adapt product and service concepts (if required) to better match market requirements.
- Support assembly, installation, setup and utilization of products and systems at customers site if appropriate and necessary.
- Technical support customers for bearing solution.
- Support bearing and tool sales.
- On-site service for bearing and condition monitoring.
- Search for opportunities of the bearing and services.
- Solving technical issues.
- Provide technical training to the customers.
- Acquire customer request, prepare bearing technical data and proposal.
- work with industrial team to support marketing activities.
- Responsible for the internal process in order to achieve the project, and sales.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor,s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Sales, Engineering, or Manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of bearings or industrial mechanical applications is an advantage.
- Welcome new gradudate.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Have own car with drive license.
- Candidates with equivalent experience are also encouraged to apply.
