Quality Assurance Eng. (Contract)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support Quality Customer service in the warehouse area.
• Ensure the incoming and pre-delivery quality of intercompany and third parties’ products in the warehouse.
• Maintain smooth quality operation in Thailand warehouse
• Quality interface with 3rd party supplier and operation team for handing internal complaint with production plant.
• To manage work balance of inspector team from unpack to repack process according delivery plan from customer service.
• Support customer complaint by perform containment action together with team and onsite in case customer needs an emergency support.
• Ensure delivery part are within requirement and delivery part are in good condition.
• Maintain daily inspection with properly record in working area and retain record.
• Summary daily, weekly and monthly report as per request.
• Improvement of daily working operation to achieve work place performance.
• To be single point of contact for supplier traded items quality validation
• To check old stock (aging part) and slow move inventory in warehouse by monthly report feedback.
• Responsible for the implementation of Schaeffler Fit for quality, Schaeffler Production System , Schaeffler product quality standard & Lean, and initiatives where it is applicable in the area of work.
• Ability to dealing, manage and improve external supplier to achieve better efficiency.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Engineering or related 
• Can communication in english
• Window & Ms office application.
• Logical thinking / analytical / good problem solving- Quality skill
• Ability to work with team.
• Ability to plan and organize for responsible inspector team
• Applies experience and logic
• Work in a safe manner and comply with the health, safety and environmental policies.
• Ability to multitask and work in fast paced enviorment.
• Ability to drive customer end if request
• Self awareness, resilient, optimistic and open to change.
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible approach to duties and tasks.
• Shows moral courage, openness and honesty and has a collaborative approach when dealing with others
