Your Key Responsibilities
- Quality interface with customer for handing internal and external complaint with production plant.
-Support nesscessary document of quality with team member (Auto-industrial).
- Responsible and manage containment action in customer and schaeffler warehouse
- Control and take action to maintain score of quality KPI (quality claim , quality inventory , quality cost , new model activity , yokoten acitivty)
- Consolidate and update monthly quality report to Thailand quality manager and reginal quality manager
- Ensure delivery parts are within requirement and delivery parts are in good condition.
- Summary daily, weekly and monthly report as per request.
- Improvement of daily working operation to achieve work place performance.
- Responsible for the implementation of Schaeffler Fit for quality, Schaeffler Prodution System & Lean, and initiatives where it is applicable in the area of work
- Ability to dealing, manage and improve external supplier to achieve better efficiency.

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree of engineering or related filed
- Window & Ms office application
- Good english communication
- Logical thinking / analytical / good problem solving
- Quality skill / QC 7-Tool / FTA / 8D report
- Ability to multitask and work in fast paced enviorment
- Ability to drive customer end
- Ability to plan and organize for responsible inspector team
- Work in a safe manner and comply with the health, safety and environmental policies
- Self awareness, resilient, optimistic and open to change
- Flexible to work overtime based on business needs
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible approach to duties and tasks
- Shows moral courage, openness and honesty and has a collaborative approach when dealing with others
