Your Key Responsibilities
Service Engineer specializing to dealing with customers to resolve the 0km and warranty issues on electric and hybrid vehicles at field.
Attending customer complaints and providing technical support onsite. In this role engineer will be involved in diagnosing issues, performing repairs and technical guidance for electric motor, Gearbox and Power electronics parts and serviceable subcomponents.
He will collaborate with clients and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality service for customer satisfaction
Assist fault management and field functions, provide technical support to resolve the fault Respond to service requests, customer concerns and overall feedback of failure cars.
Troubleshoot DTC and architecture related issues with help of necessary tools kit. Communicate and document the primary observation of incidents and escalated issues.
Must travel as needed to attend the complaints and be available for specific emergency.
Must have knowledge of CAN Communication tool, example: Vector (CANalyser, CANoe), ETAS INCA.
Must have knowledge of electrical measurements, using multimeter.
Review, edit, and communicate visit reports
Your Qualifications
Qualifications / Exp: Education: Degree or Diploma in Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a service engineer or technician with a focus on Motor, controller's, Automatic gear box and fault diagnostics analysis, axle systems or related components.
Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with safety and compliance standards. Other Requirements: - Valid driver’s license - Ability to work flexible hours or on-call as required
