Your Key Responsibilities
- Creation of the project-specific quality assurance plan as well as monitoring of the quality of the work product, supported by spot checks
- Review of process compliance and identification of process optimizations/gaps
- Derivation and tracking of measures for quality optimisation as well as monitoring of delivery quality
- Definition, collection, analysis and reporting of process-relevant key figures as well as regular quality reporting
- Representation of the quality assurance process in assessments
- Support in the creation of method and process definitions
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in the field of mechatronics, business informatics or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in product development, ideally in the field of automotive embedded systems
- In-depth experience in the use of moderation and presentation techniques
- Very good knowledge of development processes and methods as well as quality standards in the automotive industry, such as Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262 and IATF 16949
- Initial experience in the field of functional safety and/or cyber security as well as agile working methods is desirable
- Knowledge of project management is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Independent, structured and systematic way of working as well as customer orientation, communication and teamwork skills
