Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the customer-specific business strategy and direct the business development activities. Contribute to our account for customer budget and P&L and initiate appropriate measures to secure order intake and profitability.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manages profitable sales growth with Customer via part termination and price increase requests.
- Lead the dedicated key account and manage, prioritize and monitor all measures and projects.
- Lead or monitor business development for new business, ensure negotiation of frame agreements, general terms and conditions, and overall business volumes.
- Manage and monitor the sales process of business acquisition, customer inquiry processing, negotiation of terms & conditions, contract closing for delivery and general contracts and order processing.
- Manage new vehicle program OES launches while working effectively within the regional & global matrix structure.
- Responsible for the assigned Service part's price maintenance, deliveries topics sold to GM CCA/Stellantis Mopar along with several other companies directed by GM CCA/Stellantis Mopar.
- Manages exist & negotiate new contracts, and agreements, for VT AM and lead negotiations with the customer’s purchasing departments.
- Forecasting for future budgets plans / multi year.
Your Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5~7 years of experience in Automotive Industry .
- Minimum of 2~3 years of proven experience managing GM CCA/Stellantis Mopar account with a strong focus on customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in SAP, CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
Preferred
- OES experience.
- Experience with Salesforce
