Your Key Responsibilities

Customer orders arriving directly at CS from the customer and is unclear will be sorted by CS

Attain and correct errors in eCommerce and EDI 

Quotations to customers (dual responsibility with sales)

Updating forecasts/delivery schedules 

Entering of special prices

Order acknowledgements and delivery control

Support inquiry and invoicing performed by Schaeffler Industrial Services team

Claim handling. Project management for claims.          

Deliveries and special freights

 

Your Qualifications

  • SAP, Excel knowledge. Languages: Fluent Danish, Swedish and English, Customer Service experience.
