Your Key Responsibilities

Quality Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive projects to improve sales effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Implement and standardize group quality standards regionally, focusing on sales and customer-facing processes.
  • Monitor process adherence, manage quality data, and prepare continuous improvement reports.
  • Ensure business continuity and crisis management awareness; support leadership communications.

Sales Support

  • Lead complaint management by collaborating with sales, customer service, and technical teams to prevent issues.
  • Coordinate and drive 8D reports.

Data, Reporting & Audits

  • Use data insights to identify improvement areas and assess impact.
  • Prepare decision-focused reports for regional and group stakeholders.
  • Manage certification documents, quality reporting, and support audits and inspections.
  • Lead or assist internal and system audits.
  • Deliver quality management training in collaboration with staff and management.

Office & Security Support

  • Manage fire safety training and lead emergency and crisis response plans across multiple sites.
  • Act as main contact for suppliers and provide facility-related support.

Your Qualifications

  • Graduate OR Undergraduate in Business Administration, Engineering, Natural Science, Quality Management, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of experience within Quality Management, Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement roles
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Proven experience working close to the business, preferably in sales-driven or customer-facing environments
  • Solid understanding of quality management principles, applied pragmatically
  • Experience in an international or matrix organization is strongly preferred
