Your Key Responsibilities
- Be the point of contact for managers and employees in all HR-related matters
- Offer specialized knowledge and advice on a wide range of HR topics
- Implement strategic HR projects as well as the roll out of HR systems and tools
- Define workforce demands, develop the talent pipeline and implement talent development programs in alignment with the business
- Minimize legal and compliance risks
- Anticipate conflicts between different parties and mediate when necessary
- Implement organizational development measures
Your Qualifications
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or comparable qualification
- Profound HR work experience in the industrial sector
- Experience with state-of-the-art HR methods and tools
- Sound knowledge of labor law
- Knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors is an advantage
- Fluent English skills (in word and writing)
- High interpersonal and excellent communication skills as well as structured working method
