Your Key Responsibilities
- Perform technical communication, consulting, service, offer technical solution for customers.
- Responsible for customer application, collect and transfer customer requirement into Schaeffler “language”.
- Initiate DV plan and follow up product validation.
- Act the role as PEP project manager, control project Q/C/T, lead project team to success.
- Work closely with customer, KAM, sales. Provide market information to Product Line to support on product strategy.
- Manage customer opportunities, cooperate with KAM/sales from technical side, generate new business.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, or other relevant fields.
- At least 3 years working experience on related position.
- Solid command of English in both written and spoken.
- Being familiar with product development process (VEP, PEP), rotor shaft, mass balance system, carbon bush module, valve train product development tools & methods, such as layout optimization in Pro/E, kinematic/kinetic calculation and the post evaluation, DFMEA, DVP etc.
- Skilled in the use of SAP, Windchill, Planisware and other relevant software and database for project management and documentation.
