Your Key Responsibilities
负责电磁离合器系统设计（系统公差链计算/FEA应力仿真）
负责创建/变更图纸（客户图纸EDD/生产图纸EDP）
负责创建/变更SFMEA
负责与测试工程师协作定义DVP
负责与跨部门的协作（包含内部和外部职能）
解读转化客户输入，开发电磁离合器设计 （包含子零件设计，样品设计，量产设计）
从技术角度支持产线相关问题（如设计变更，支持装配方案，支持设计相关质量问题，偏差放行）
负责与零件供应商的TR讨论
支持返回件的分析
支持开发中产生的问题解决
支持客户质量投诉
支持客户审核
Your Qualifications
本科及以上学历
熟知新能源汽车领域动力总成架构 （混动，纯电，增程）
有5年以上工作经验
有电磁离合器的系统开发经验（齿形，棘爪形离合器等）
能听说写英文
