S4 HANA solution engineer - OGP & Sales(上海)

Responsibilities

  • As SAP expert, to support daily IT ticket resolving, project implementation in sales area, end to end from  order generation to fulfillment process and solutions. Recent years task is main take the role of Schaeffler region China S4 IT hub member, to implement S4 deployment projects for different locations.

  • Key activities

    • To implement S4 HANA solution deployment project for region China
    • Supporting users for training
    • Collaboration with HQ SAP product owner
    • Daily support and operation with IT tickets as second level support, to analyze and solve problems
    • Implementation of change requests and coordination of testing for the region China

     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree of Business Informatics, technical or general Computer Science
  • 3 ~ 5 years’ experience and knowledge of business process and SAP solution in sales area of manufacturing industry
  • More than 3 full cycle SAP implementations as SD consultants, master of core system configuration, master data, pricing,  ATP and cross company sales, etc.
  • Familiar with LE-shipment
  • Familiar with SAP EWM outbound process
  • ABAP debug skill is required
  • SAP TM integration experience is an advantage
  • SAP GTS integration experience is an advantage
  • ABAP program skill is an advantage
  • Good at communication, change management, and interpersonal skill
  • Good English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
