Your Key Responsibilities

• Understand business strategy and involve in workforce planning to provide talent solutions.
• Collaborate with business to clarify job requirements and talent persona.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through appropriate channels and methods, conduct talent mapping and provide market insights.
• Support hiring decisions, manage salary proposals, offer negotiations, and onboarding preparations.
• Maintain communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Implement HR policies, process and conduct special recruitment projects (e.g., new business set up, campus recruitment).
• Analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights.
• Lead key recruitment projects and support process optimization.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Above 6 years working experiences in recruiting, head-hunter background preferred.
• Knowledge and interest in automotive and aftermarket industry, familiar with new energy vehicles (NEVs) including electric vehicles (EVs), hybrids etc.
• Willingness to learn, able to solve problems.
• Good at collaboration and corporation with different stakeholders and colleagues.
• Strategic & logic thinking.
