Your Key Responsibilities
- Finally approves assigned products/systems for delivery, or installations on customers site, and handles arising customer complaints.
- Handle inspections of products and systems produced, delivered or installed and make respective final approvals.
- Manage customer complaints between customers and segments including review and reporting in customer portals.
- Propose and implement containment actions and initiation of corrective measures.
- Trace affected products on customer side, transport, warehouse stock and production and coordinate internally and with customer.
- Monitor lessons learned and preventive actions.
Your Qualifications
- Vocationally trained
- 3 to 5 years
OR
- University degree
- 3 to 5 years
