Your Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in the Interpretation and Implementation of BD Strategy
- Assist in BD strategy interpretation and coordinate resources and activities across departments to ensure effective execution of strategic plans at all levels.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic implementation regularly, proposing adjustments based on actual performance.
2. Lead Digital Control and Operations Projects
- Lead the planning and implementation of digital transformation projects, including system updates, process automation, and data integration.
- Assess existing operational processes to identify areas for optimization through digital tools, enhancing efficiency and transparency.
- Regularly collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to support decision-making and strategic adjustments.
3. Conduct Process Optimization and Reengineering
- Take the leading role in process optimization. Analyze existing business processes, including but not limited to project managment process, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies using process mapping and data analysis tools.
- Collaborate with various departments to design and implement process improvement initiatives, ensuring effective communication and execution of changes.
4. Team Collaboration and Training
- Proactively provide training and support to internal teams in process optimization and digital operations, enhancing team capabilities and understanding.
- Act as a member of cross-functional project teams, promoting information sharing and collaboration, and fostering a positive working environment to promote organization digital transformation.
Your Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Relevant experience in strategic planning, digital transformation, or process optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player who can collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in digital tools and software, including data analysis tools, to enable data-driven decision-making.
