Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist project manager on project documentation management, purchase request management and daily administration
- Support Project Management Office on tool application and optimization
- Lead project team meetings and events organization.
- Support optimization projects from HQ as well as local initiatives.
Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
Your Qualifications
- University student or above
- Proficient in English (both oral and written), Germany a plus.

Knowledge of data management, statistics, programming, Power BI would be a plus
- Proactive attitude, hardworking & teamwork player.
- Outstanding communication skill.
- Quick learner, willing to deep dive into business.
