Overview
The role is to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions, with expertise in major AI Large Language Models (LLMs) and related technologies on platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Alibaba Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Analyze IT solution requirements, including business needs, IT demands, and user experience (UX) considerations, translate them into detailed software and integration specification and design followed by its implemented and operations.
- Discuss requirements (business, IT, NFRs, UX, etc.) with specialized IT roles to detail the technical software, integration design and specification.
- Liaise with development teams to track and document the progress of IT solution implementations, ensuring alignment with overall architecture.
- Configure and modify IT applications, ensuring they meet specified requirements and function optimally on designated platforms.
- Document changes, decisions, and technical specifications, and ensure thorough testing and business approval before deploying solutions into production.
- Cooperate with vendors and external service providers to validate changes and ensure performance according to agreed KPIs.
Qualifications
- Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience in AI solution design, development, or deployment.
- English Proficiency: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), as frequent and close communication with the German headquarters is required.
- Strong experience with major AI Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT series, DeepSeek or others.
- Knowledge of AI-related technologies like MCP (Multi-Channel Processing), A2A (Agent-to-Agent communication).
- Proficient in Python programming language and relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with database design and management (SQL and/or NoSQL databases).
- Hands-on experience with cloud services, especially Microsoft Azure or Alibaba Cloud, including services related to AI, compute, storage, and networking.
- Ability to build and deploy scalable AI applications in a cloud environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
