Responsibilities
- 根据客户需求及 Schaeffler 内部开发要求，负责机器人关节模组及电机控制器的硬件架构设计。
- 根据硬件开发需求完成原理图设计及元器件选型，负责图纸版本管理及项目节点释放。
- 完成硬件电路的模块化设计、分析计算、仿真验证，并输出相关硬件开发文档。
- 根据硬件开发测试用例，完成样件阶段测试；根据测试结果优化设计并推动测试通过。
- 配合 PCB Layout，指导完成 EMC/ESD 设计考虑；编写 EMC 测试计划，并完成测试及整改优化。
- 支持样件制作、DV 测试、PV 测试及产线生产过程中出现的技术问题。
- 协助完成控制器应用层 / 底层软件集成测试。
- 与国外研发团队进行技术交流，解决开发过程中的技术问题。
Qualifications
- 电子电气、自动化、车辆工程及相关专业，本科或硕士学历。
- 具备汽车或工业领域产品设计、测试等相关 5 年以上工作经验。
- 主导过电机控制器或电源控制器等硬件开发，并具备测试验证及生产导入全过程经验。
- 熟练掌握 ST / Infineon / Renesas / NXP 等 MCU 的开发设计。
- 熟练掌握 Candance / Altium / Xpedition 中至少一种设计工具，并掌握 LTspice / PSpice 等电子仿真工具。
- 具备 EMC 分析、测试及整改经验。
- 具备良好的英文阅读和表达能力，学习能力强。
- 具备良好的沟通能力、灵活性、问题解决能力及抗压能力。
