Responsibilities
- 负责人形机器人整机客户的技术需求澄清、系统方案沟通及技术路线对齐，明确关节模组的负载、速度、扭矩/推力、精度、刚度、寿命、尺寸、重量、通信等关键指标。
- 负责旋转或直线关节应用场景及典型工况分析，与整机仿真团队协作，将整机需求转化为关节模组系统需求和验证标准。
- 负责关节模组系统架构及集成方案设计，包括传动方案选型、电机功率和减速比计算、电机与控制器匹配，以及编码器、扭矩传感器或拉压力传感器选型。
- 作为产品技术Owner，牵引电机、电控、减速器、传感器、机械、仿真及测试等团队完成方案评审、详细开发、系统集成和性能验证。
- 负责项目技术计划、关键节点、接口、风险及技术问题管理，推动跨团队决策和问题闭环，对系统方案及技术交付质量负责。
- 支持客户端装机调试、性能验证和问题排查，主导解决关节模组在客户端的系统级问题。
- 跟踪关节模组轻量化、小型化、智能化等技术趋势，参与产品平台和技术Roadmap制定。
Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，机械工程、车辆工程、电气工程、自动化、机电一体化、电机与电器等相关专业。
- 具有5年~8年以上机电产品、智能执行机构、伺服系统、机器人关节或汽车智能执行系统的系统集成、应用开发经验，其中有1~2年技术项目管理经历者优先。
- 具备机电系统集成能力，能够完成工况分析、需求定义、方案选型、参数匹配、系统验证及问题分析。
- 熟悉BLDC/PMSM电机及电机控制基本原理，具备电机、驱动器、减速器和负载的基本计算及匹配能力。
- 熟悉EtherCAT、CANopen、CAN/CAN FD、RS-485等至少一种通信协议。
- 了解行星、谐波、摆线针轮等旋转传动方案，或滚珠丝杠、行星滚柱丝杠等直线传动方案中至少一种的基本原理和性能特点。
- 具备较强的技术牵引、项目推进、风险管理和跨团队协作能力，能够支持大项目经理协调客户、研发、测试、生产和质量团队完成产品交付。
- 具备机器人关节或工业伺服系统经验者优先，具备汽车智能执行器系统集成开发经验者优先（如新能源电驱系统，线控底盘转向，制动，主动悬架系统等）。
