Communications Profess.

Responsibilities

• 收集和分析公司所在行业相关的各级政府政策动态，定期制作内部分析报告，为公司提供政策解读。
• 组织协调政府项目的申报和审批工作，确保项目符合政府政策导向及公司内部流程。
• 协助负责人进行政府、协会、高校等的日常沟通和外部合作。包括相关内容准备，政府来访接待，参与公共事务活动，展示公司形象。
• 协助负责人组织内部会议及跟进执行，确保公共事务流程在中国区各地贯彻执行和落实。
• 完成上级领导交代的其他任务
• Collect and consolidate company business related government policy, and prepare intelligence report for internal stakeholders；
• Coordinate the declaration and follow-up of government projects；
• Assist in daily communication and cooperation with government, association, university etc. incl. content preparation, visitors’ reception, participation in public events；
• Support line manager in organization of internal meetings, to ensure the implementation of function process and various tasks in locations；
• Task assigned by line manager；

Qualifications

• 本科以上学历，工商管理、国际关系、传播、公关类相关专业优先。
• 3年以上工作经验，熟悉政府、协会等工作流程，具备一定的政策解读能力。
• 具备良好的沟通协调能力，和文字表达能力，能够独立完成公文撰写和报告制作。
• 良好的语言能力，能熟练使用英文作为日常沟通语言。
• Bachelor degree or above, with a preference of major in management, communication, public relations；
• 3 years working experience，Be familiar with government work processes, possessing a certain level of policy interpretation ability；
• Good communication skills, strong writing abilities as well, with  capability to compel reporting etc.
• Proficient in English
