项目财务控制专员 Business Controlling Profess.(上海)

Goal of Position:

• Oversee specialized or general controlling operations of a team of qualified Professionals and Coordinators, for an organizational unit assigned.
• Proactive unbiased project profitability steering by having a holistic project view.
• Support Strategy, Budget and Forecast planning and reporting process for the responsible functions of E-mobility China.
• Safeguarding proper Corporate Governance including ICS and Risk Management for the respective controlling area

Responsibilities

• Calculation of all commercial responses to customers (eg. Ballpark, RFI, RFQ, design change requests, repricing…)
• Support management with project costing analysis & pricing strategy for operational and strategic business decisions.
• Constant track & update project profitability along Product Life Cycle. Justification of changes in all cost related areas & transparency in project financial reports to management.
• Market top-down target cost setting (derive allowable costs from market price). Facilitator of CRP (cost reduction process).
• Make or Buy calculations.
• Plant cost structure comparison & analysis for competitive location & costing in quotes.
• Work with sales to prepare customer cost breakdowns, ensure adherence to SAG Open Book Policy and past history to customer.
• Support BU & Sales for potential claim calculation, evidence preparation & explanation.
• Support BD Controlling during budget & strategy plan; Derive targets from IPA for upcoming Budget year.
• Business Plan etc ad-hoc analysis to support business / decision making.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skill and ability to work with senior leaders with strong consulting, coaching and facilitation skills in a commercial environment (spoken and written in English language).
• Excellent customer service mentality and interpersonal skills with global mindset.
• Excellent excel skill. Good utilization of PBI etc AI tool is preferred.
• Agility in costing data with strategic business sense.
• Bachelor's degree or above with minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance and Controlling functions or business administration in a multinational company with direct business communication to the senior management. Costing, financial analysis, and project management is preferred.
