资金专员 Treasury Coord.（上海）

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of the company's daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly liquidity forecast, covering aspects such as money collection, investment payment, tax payment, salary payment, loan management, and ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking to support informed decision-making by the Treasury Supervisor.
• Reviewing and analyzing data to identify trends and recommend solutions for continuous improvement in Treasury Management.
• Administering bank accounts, managing associated master data and bank terms.
• Handling payments and receipts transactions efficiently.
• Conducting SAFE-related work as per guidelines.
• Managing Bank Acceptance Drafts effectively.
• Handling other Treasury-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Treasury functions within a multinational environment.
• Major in accounting or Finance is preferred.
• Possess a strong knowledge and skills in Treasury management.
• Demonstrate rich experiences in accounting, financing, and risk management.
• Exhibit a good customer service mentality and effective communication skills.
• Have proficiency in software usage, including MS Office, SAP, etc.
• Display proficient spoken and written English abilities.
