Your Key Responsibilities
Leading tech. discussion with customer in mechanical integration and negotiation with cross function team.
Leading the dedicated hybrid transmission (DHT) design, including the transmission concept, gears/shaft sub-system, lubrication/cooling sub-system, durability.
Gear/shaft trouble shooting, NVH optimization.
Leading in continuous cost optimization
Responsible for the concern solving.
Responsible for the special release.
Responsible for technical review with suppliers, quality control with SQ.
Define the simulation boundary condition and provide simulation input to CAE team. Analysis the CAE report for the design optimization.
Support production line process development and trouble shooting.
Your Qualifications
8+ years in transmission system design. 2+ DHT/eAxle x-in-1 integration mass production projects experience in leading role, Staff engineer.
Outstanding communication skill.
Proficient in English (both oral and written), Germany a plus.
Proactive attitude, hardworking & teamwork player.
Quick learner, willing to deep dive into business.
