财务控制专员Business Controlling Profess.(上海)

Responsibilities

Strategic Role：Direction setting, problem solving, consultation and support work that fulfills need of business leaders：

• Provide strategic Controlling support at business level includes but not limited on analysis of broad data sources for strategic business-based decisions
• Understand and contribute strategic planning and decision-making at the top executive level so that the organization's human capital strategy is aligned with business strategies / goals and objectives, support business leaders to reinforce/realize business strategy via human capital strategy
• Take shared accountability with line management for business goals and achieving effective employee performance, engagement and retention
• Take shared responsibility of organization capability, workforce planning, budgeting and change management with line management
• Take shared responsibility of integrated talent management strategy and process, make sure career planning, succession planning is in place to meet middle term business needs
• Participates in management to establish strategic plans and objectives.
• Understand the business needs and bridge these business needs to partnering Controlling functions and apply Controlling expertise to develop solutions.
• Facilitate, drive and role model of Schaeffler culture and values with global mindset and strong communication skills

Functional Level Management & Operational Role: Advice, consultation and support to employees, managers and business unit leadership:

• Take responsibility for yearly budget/quarterly forecast of headcount and cost, cost center planning of the responsible scope, make sure the budgeting, forecasting and tracking is in place to support the management decision.
• Provide accurate information and data to line Managers for supporting annual budgeting, operation plans and quarterly forecasting by way of standard reporting package preparation or ad-hoc reporting
• Assist and play a bridge role between competence centers and shared services.
• Understand the key business objectives and initiatives to identify the areas that Controlling can help to achieve their goals and to ensure most effective solutions are delivered in support of business.
• Review and analyze the data and information to identify trends and recommend solutions that utilize, motivate and retain the workforce
• Data preparation and analysis on various levels, e.g. country, business unit, product line etc.
• Coordination of budget and forecast process for Division Industrial especially for Sales, Overheads, PDP, Investments, Working capital, SVA and FCF.
• Initiation of action plans for profit achievement
• Know how transfer related to the application of controlling and finance tools
• Assistance for financial analysis and strategic finance planning
• Ensure timely and reliable preparation of PPAs
• Continue on planning, implementation, reassessment, measurements and optimization of policy, procedure and process
• Other projects and tasks assigned by the superior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above with minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance and Controlling functions or business oriented field in multinational company.
• Understanding of Schaeffler Group business processes
• Proficiency in Controlling and Accounting
• Excellent communication skill and ability to work with senior leaders with strong consulting, coaching and facilitation skills in a commercial environment (spoken and written in English language)
• Excellent customer service mentality and interpersonal skills with global mindset
• Ability to prioritize strategic and operational tasks, and organize workload to meet deadlines
• Skills in software including SAP R/3 CO, MS Office, SAP CO and other controlling systems (SOCO, FOCO, LOCO, FACTS etc.)
• Strategic thinking and acting
