Business Controlling Profess.

Aim of the position

• Support and consult the management partners of responsible Business Unit in financial matters to achieve/exceed business units’ goals for the actual and future organization needs both quantitatively and qualitatively in a high-level efficiency / effectiveness and customer satisfaction standards.
• Responsibility for the Controlling function Business Partner responsible Business Unit and PTC Central Function
• Coordination of budget planning and forecast process and reporting for responsible Business Unit and PTC Central function
• Monitoring and reporting of financial development and target achievement (actual vs. budget), including initiation and follow up of countermeasures
• Safeguarding of proper Corporate Governance including ICS and Risk Management for the respective controlling area.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for yearly budget/quarterly forecast of headcount and cost, cost center planning of the responsible scope, make sure the budgeting, forecasting and tracking is in place to support the top management decision.
• Provide accurate information and data to line managers for supporting on annual budgeting, operation plans and quarterly forecasting by way of standard reporting package preparation or ad-hoc reporting
• Ensure timely and reliable preparation of IPAs
• Data preparation and analysis on various levels, e.g. country, business unit, product line, etc.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Controlling and Accounting
• Excellent communication skill and ability to work with senior leaders with strong consulting, coaching and facilitation skills in a commercial environment (spoken and written in English language)
• Excellent customer service mentality and interpersonal skills with global mindset
• Skills in software including SAP R/3 CO, MS Office, SAP CO or relevant ERP Systems. Good skill at PowerBI is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years‘ experience in manufacturing company.
