Your Key Responsibilities
- Participate in market benchmark surveys and provide market intelligence to HR team
- Study internal equity and external market competitiveness, and recommend salary proposal
- Review and optimize the pay structure for different employee groups, review and update the salary ranges annually
- Analyze costs and competitive trends in cash compensation and benefits program
- Familiar with Mercer IPE methodology, execute job evaluations
- Monitor and interpret labor laws and government regulations
- Research and analyze labor relations issues and recommend solutions to stakeholders
- Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies, standards, processes and tools
- Cooperate with HR stakeholders in total rewards related matters, provide support and advice
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Above 5 years working experiences in C&B field in a multinational company or local private companies
- Consulting experience is a plus
- Strategic & logic thinking
- Initiative and proactive, sensitive to data analysis
- Good at collaboration and corporation with different stakeholders and colleagues
- Good communication skills
