Your Key Responsibilities
主要职责：
与客户、产品经理、设计沟通合作制定DCU/LSD/Torque Vector等产品DVP；明确各测试项目以及具体测试方案、工况；
根据客户需求、整车工况、设计要求、台架资源等，制定测试方案并配合试验室团队付诸实际；
制定产品V&V相关成本预算以及测试计划；管控测试在本土、欧洲以及第三方试验室的推进实施；
对测试数据进行分析，对样件进行拆解分析拍照，撰写测试报告，形成DVP结果交付项目及客户，推动项目通过审核释放；
负责开发阶段DV&PV以及量产阶段变更验证、VAVE和年度验证；
负责返回件分析以及支持研发和量产过程中的产品问题分析。
Your Qualifications
任职资格：
车辆或机械专业本科及以上学历；
熟悉汽车变速箱结构及工作原理；
3年以上测试验证工作经验；
同步器/离合器/差速器/换挡塔等产品测试经验；
善于沟通理解、团队合作、快速学习及问题分析；
良好的英语听说读写能力，能够应对跨国团队协作。
