Your Key Responsibilities

Tasks:
- 负责电机产品的开发，兼顾产品的安全，可行性，技术，成本，质量以及项目时间结点。
- 负责创建电机产品BOM表，2D图纸，零件技术规范。协助内部以及外部的供应商进行样件的生产和验证。
- 电机产品量产支持。
- 提供变更管理中的技术评估。
- 内部（项目组）外部（供应商和客户）的技术沟通交流。
Your Qualifications
Requirements:
- 本科及以上学历，机械工程，材料工程，车辆工程等其他相关专业。
- 三年以上机械结构和电机零件设计经验。
- 汽车行业工作经验，熟悉汽车零件的开发工具和项目管理流程。
- 精通一种以上3D/2D机械设计软件(Creo, Catia等)，能熟练创建零件工程图纸,熟悉PDM系统(Windchill)。
- 具有DFM/DFA分析能力，进行电机结构优化设计。有问题分析和解决能力支持产品线上的技术问题。
- 具备积极主动的工作态度，快速学习的能力，以及勤奋和团队合作精神。
- 语言：英语书写及口语流利，德语为加分项。
