Your Key Responsibilities
- 建立公司电商业务发展指标体系和报表体系，有效支撑业务发展；
- 从数据中挖掘业务特征和潜在机会，给出有效的业务发展行动建议；
- 负责数据的提取、处理、整合及数据建模，根据业务场景分析项目运作的可行性，同时制定可行解决方案与跟进改善；
- 强烈的运营业务理解，包括业务决策对各种内部/外部利益相关者的潜在影响
Your Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、应用 数学、统计学、信息管理学等相关专业；
- 了解B2B电商行业的业务流程（有用户增长相关分析经验最佳），熟悉销售、供应链、营销和KPI等报表逻辑；
- 熟悉各种报表的展示形式，能够选择、推荐合适的报表呈现方式，对于报表的整体界面有一定设计能力；
- 较强的逻辑思维能力和商业意识，能够收集关键建议并传递关键信息；
- 掌握Sql、报表设计工具（如Power BI、Qlik等），精通office系列办公软件
