Responsibilities

1.负责人形机器人行星滚柱丝杠的结构设计与研发，包括选型匹配应用、螺纹齿形设计、样机制作、测试装配等，
2.负责行星滚柱丝杠的零件加工工艺设计与优化；
3.牵头行星滚柱丝杠的各项指标的仿真分析、实验测试与质量评估；
4.负责丝杠的高精度制造、热处理和优化；
5.负责丝杠材料的系统性分析与测试，产品性能的测试方案制定；
6.负责丝杠相关专利、规范文档编写。
Qualifications
- 机械设计、机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 具备3年以上减速器设计经验，特别是RV减速器、谐波减速器等精密传动装置的设计经验。
- 深入了解谐波减速器的设计原理、材料特性及其制造工艺。
- 具备扎实的力学和动力学知识，能够进行减速器的静态和动态分析。
- 熟练使用CAD、CAE等设计和仿真工具。
- 具有良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力和解决问题的能力。
- 有自动化设备或人形机器人项目经验者优先。
