Your Key Responsibilities

  1. 负责混动变速箱DHT中电机控制器PEU硬件的开发与集成工作；
  2. 根据混动变速箱DHT系统、电驱EDS子系统和法律法规需求，定义PEU硬件技术规范，完成PEU功率模块、芯片、电容、传感器等选型与测试验收工作；
  3. 负责PEU电子元器件、功率模块子零部件技术评审、验收工作；
  4. 协同DHT集成团队完成客户PEU技术评审、交付工作；
  5. 参与供应商及内部产业化实现过程；
  6. 跨区域协调全球PEU研发、产业化、供应商质量管理工作。

Your Qualifications

  1. 电力电子、电气工程、车辆工程、自动化、机械电子等专业本科及以上学历，5年以上电子硬件工作经验，3年以上PEU高压控制器相关工作经验；
  2. 熟悉新能源汽车高压系统、电子元器件、电磁兼容性EMC、冷却系统等；
  3. 熟悉PEU硬件架构、电子元器件生产制造工艺，具有量产经验；
  4. 具有良好的沟通、团队合作、快速学习和问题解决能力，抗压能力强；
  5. 具有熟练的英语听写能力，需跨国团队合作。
