Your Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the hardware design & integration development of PEU (Power Electronic Unit) and other electronic components in hybrid systems
Define the hardware technical specifications of the PEU and other electronic components according to laws, regulations, and system requirements.
Collaborate with the DHT design team to carry out PEU system layout and structural optimization, and study potential PEU VAVE directions
Review the hardware design of the supplier, verify function, high-voltage safety, EMC etc. from PCB & PEU level
Participate in the supplier and industrialization process, such as SMT, ICT, FCT
Support return part analysis and system validationsSupport and take initiatives on Fit for Quality.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, mechanical automation, vehicle engineering, etc., with at least 3 years of relevant work experience ;
Familiar with the mechanical and hardware architecture of PEU, manufacturing process, and experience in mass production is preferred
Proficient with E/E dimensioning, including power module, capacitance, gate driver, filter, etc.
Familiar with high voltage safety, cooling systems, EMC optimization, etc;Possess functional safety capabilities from hardware scope ,such as FMEDA.
Possess good communication and teamwork skills, as well as excellent learning and problem-solving abilities;
Possess proficient English proficiency and require cross-border teamwork.
